At Maverick Biscuit, everything we do is rooted in a genuine love for our community. Located in the well-established area of Taylors, our restaurant brings together the comfort of a neighborhood gathering place with the feel of an upscale dining experience. We believe great food should be fast, local, and fun, which is why we work hard to use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible and create a place where friends and families can relax, laugh, and enjoy a great meal together. We're proud to be a true scratch kitchen, making as much as we can right here in-house using locally sourced, sustainable, and organic products. Our fresh, hot, oversized buttermilk biscuits are made continuously throughout the day and served "Mississippi Cathead" style—big, fluffy, and impossible to resist. Partnering with local specialty providers is something we truly value. When we support them, they support us, and together we're able to bring the freshest flavors to our community.
